The Company shall initiate the Refund after reasonable validation of the information received by the Company. After the company completes the validation process, an SMS containing a link to update their account details will be sent to the customer. The process of validation can take up to 72 business hours. The refund will be processed upon successfully verifying the details updated via the provided link. If the user does not share the necessary information, Pnaasa Labs cannot be held responsible for any delays in processing the refunds.

On receiving a valid request, Pnaasa Labs shall initiate the refund process, and the Customer shall receive the amount within 5-7 working days from the date of refund intimation (This would be valid for the refund being processed offline). This is subject to any clearance where 3rd party payment aggregators are involved, in which case, the payment shall be refunded within 15 days.
